Performance Training TRX Suspension Training Classes The TRX Suspension Training system harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you workout and allows you to adjust the degree of difficulty, regardless of your fitness level, age or fitness goals.

 

TRX Classes are offered:

Monday/Wednesday Tuesday/Thursday
8:00-8:30am 7:30-8:00am
8:30-9:00 am
